Deadline for Playbill Ads

Payments must be made in cash or checks payable to HHSTB. Form and payments can be placed in the lockbox in the Director's office.

*Ads and artwork must be submitted to Anna Hamm at annalydel@gmail.com by November 26.
*Acceptable image or artwork files: JPEG, PNG or PDF
*The image should also have DPI (dots per square inch) of at least 300
*For help with personal ads submit a word document with the text to be included in the ad *Avoid
using images or artwork from social media, cell phones, or websites (resolution is poor)
DEADLINES:
*All ads / artwork/ payments must be submitted by Tuesday, November 26, 2024, to be included in the program.
Please note this is a FIRM deadline. Ads and payment not submitted by this date will not be included.
